I offer private sessions integrating Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis alongside movement-based injury prevention approaches.

The Gyrotonic method uses circular, spiraling patterns and breath to mobilize the joints, decompress the spine, and build strength without excess tension. Sessions are designed to increase coordination and capacity while reducing unnecessary strain—particularly in bodies shaped by repetition, injury, or long-held habits.
Over time, the practice supports a more responsive, elastic, and sustainable organization of the body.
